However, choosing a manager should still be done with caution. Find out how cheap they can go and if possible hire the cheapest one. If one Gold will cost more than 3 Bronze managers, get the 3 Bronze ones. Just make sure that you can reach the 50% bonus by spending as little as possible. Like I’ve said already, contracts play a major role in this game. If your non-contract player gets injured or benched, you can’t get him to play again with an injury or fitness card only. A contract card will still be required. No other way of doing it. The best move would be to buy contracts before the launch of the game, during the exclusive season of the FUT 16 Web App. Since players cards come with 7 contracts, make sure to buy before they make 7 games.
